1. Agreement to Terms
Welcome to farmula876.com (“Site”) operated by Farmula876 (“we,” “us,” or “our”), a Jamaican online farm produce business based in St. Elizabeth offering delivery across select parishes. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to place orders via the Site. You must comply with applicable laws in Jamaica.
3. Use of Site & Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
Breach applicable laws or farm practices
Tamper with Site functionality or content
Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior in ordering or using our service
4. Products, Orders & Deliveries
Products include fruits, vegetables, ground provisions, staples, herbs, seasonings, etc.
Orders are accepted Monday–Wednesday; deliveries take place Friday–Sunday within Kingston, St. Andrew, St. Catherine
Delivery and packaging fees: JMD 1,499 (currently)
Prices, availability, and promotional offers are subject to change without notice.
5. Payments & Pricing
Payment accepted via stripe payment processor and other methods as advertised
All prices are shown in Jamaican dollars (JMD). Outstanding balances or cancelled orders may incur fees or refunds processed per our Refund Policy.
6. Privacy & Data Use
We collect personal data (name, email, address, phone numbers), technical and browsing data for service improvement and order fulfilment. We share necessary data with trusted third-party service providers only. We comply with GDPR requirements and Jamaican privacy law. See our Privacy Policy for complete details.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site (text, trademarks, images, design) is owned by Farmula876.
