Welcome to Farmula876, where farm-fresh produce meets island-wide convenience. To ensure a smooth shopping and delivery experience, please review the following policy.
1. Ordering Schedule
🛒 Order Days: Orders are accepted Monday to Wednesday each week.
🧾 Cutoff Time: Orders must be placed before Wednesday at 9:00 PM to be included in the upcoming weekend’s delivery.
🗓️ Late Orders: Orders placed after the cutoff will be scheduled for the following weekend.
2. Delivery Schedule
🚚 Delivery Days: Deliveries are made every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
📍 Delivery Areas: We currently deliver to:
Kingston
St. Andrew
St. Catherine
Other parishes may be added in the future — stay tuned!
3. Delivery Fee & Packaging
💵 Delivery & Packaging Fee: A flat rate of $1,499 JMD is applied to each order.
📦 Your items are securely packaged to maintain freshness and quality during transport.
4. Receiving Your Order
📞 You will receive a confirmation call or message before delivery.
📍 Please ensure someone is available to receive your order at the delivery address.
📦 If no one is available, redelivery may incur an additional fee or lead to order cancellation (no refunds on perishables).
5. Order Accuracy & Issues
If there’s any issue with your order (missing, damaged, or incorrect items), please:
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
Provide photos or relevant details

We will review and respond promptly to offer a replacement, credit, or refund based on our Refund Policy.
6. Cancellations & Changes
✅ Free cancellations are allowed before Wednesday at 12:00 PM
❌ Orders cannot be modified or canceled after the cutoff, as sourcing and packing begins immediately.
7. Important Notes
Most produce is locally grown and subject to seasonal availability.
Prices and availability are subject to change based on harvest conditions.
Deliveries are subject to weather and road conditions — we’ll notify you of any delays.
