Farmula876 Refund & Return Policy

At Farmula876, we take pride in providing high-quality, fresh farm produce directly to your doorstep. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we have a specific refund and return policy to ensure fairness, food safety, and customer satisfaction.

1. No Returns on Perishable Goods

Due to health and safety regulations, we do not accept returns on any perishable items, including fruits, vegetables, herbs, and seasonings, once they have been delivered.

2. Refunds or Replacements for Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, please follow these steps:

Notify us within 24 hours of delivery

Provide clear photos of the issue (damaged item, packaging, or incorrect product)

Email us at info@farmula876.com or contact us through our website

Once verified, we may offer you the following at our discretion:

A replacement of the affected item(s) in your next delivery

A partial or full refund to your original payment method

A store credit for future purchases

We do not issue refunds without proof of the issue.

3. Order Cancellations

You may cancel an order before Wednesday 12:00 PM of the delivery week.

Cancellations after this cutoff may not be eligible for a refund, as produce may already be sourced and packaged.

4. Non-Refundable Charges

Delivery fees and packaging costs are non-refundable unless your entire order is canceled before the cutoff or we are at fault.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

First, check your bank or payment provider

Then contact us at info@farmula876.com if it has been more than 5 business days since approval

6. Unsatisfactory Experience

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not happy with your order for any reason not listed above, contact us within 24 hours. We review all concerns on a case-by-case basis and aim to resolve them fairly and promptly.
